Potty Time is Happy Time!

Lia is on day two of potty training. It's going really well, so keep those fingers crossed. Our first day was all about Hershey Kisses. Lia got it right away and peed a hundred times for chocolate. Needless to say the candy monster was tamed with her potty chart today. She only gets chocolate every four times. Then at the end she gets a big prize, which i think are balloons for this time. But she has made mention of fireworks too. Unfortunately the ban continues so I think that's a no go, but her Daddy would be very proud of that choice at two!

Princess Hair

Lia has been asking for princess hair daily. I'm not very good at fancy hairdos, but I'm handy with a rubber band! Not to mention she just pulls out anything cute like headbands or barrettes. But since Lia's just two, I can get away with it. Without further ado I give you, princess hair.

Two Weeks...

Is it possible my little man is two weeks old today?!? Make time stop! He's such a sweet little guy. Hardly ever crying and I'm only getting up once or twice a night to feed him. We were blessed with this guy for sure!

Lia has been pretty amazing. She sometimes tells me it's her turn when she wants me to put Jonathan down, specifically when I'm feeding him. Otherwise she's a sweet big sister. The 'found you' game continues...

My Son

Almost twenty four hours after my water broke, little Jonathan Thaddeus was born. He was 7lbs 11oz and 21in long. He's lost a smidge of weight today but he's happy and healthy. I love his quietness and little squeaks. The whole family loves him very much!

Due Day!

It's Baby J's official due date. Not that it means anything, but I'd love to see him make his grand entrance!
